Yoga with Kelsi
Feel better and more connected with your body through easy, approachable, and fun yoga classes.
Hello, I'm Kelsi, and I'm glad you're here. I teach yoga grounded in self-love, inclusivity, and community — accessible to everyone and always on your own terms. After experiencing the profound benefits of my own practice, I became a teacher so others could feel that same shift.
Come as you are.

Join the list for details →The classes with Kelsi have been a lifesaver for me. I have tried to get into yoga for literally years, and failed over and over due to class sizes being too big or the vibe being so serious. It is legitimately the only yoga practice I have ever been consistent with. I can almost touch my toes for the first time in my entire life. Kelsi is a gem — please no one else see this so it can stay a hidden gem.
— M.F.The class was just what I needed! Kelsi led a great gentle flow — a nice blend of active postures and deep stretches in a beautiful candlelit setting. We did a full moon flow and she even had essential oils for a relaxing savasana, which was a great touch!
— C.B.Absolutely amazing. I will 100% be back.
— C.P.I took a class with Kelsi and absolutely loved it! Kelsi is fantastic at cuing every pose and movement. I'm not a regular yogi, but the class was structured so every moment was doable and relaxing. I left feeling refreshed, calm, and like I just restarted my body.
— M.D.Kelsi is a very conscientious instructor! This was my second yoga class and I can't say enough good things. Trying new experiences sometimes causes me anxiety — Kelsi put me at ease, made me very comfortable, and was positive and encouraging.
— J.D.The instructors here are so kind, approachable, and considerate of the varying levels of each person in the class. The classes are great and I'll be coming back more often.
— A.C.I had a great beginners yoga class this morning with Kelsi Borden — what a great way to start the week. I love the atmosphere here, very calm and peaceful.
— L.S.I'm forming my first cohort of an 8-week TCTSY (Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga) series.
TCTSY is an evidence-based, empirically validated modality developed at the Center for Trauma and Embodiment for working with complex trauma and treatment-resistant PTSD. Grounded in trauma theory, attachment theory, and neuroscience, it centers choice, invitational language, and the freedom to make decisions about your own body — with no physical hands-on assists.
The practice is less about the shape of a pose and more about gently rebuilding a sense of safety and connection with yourself.
I'm dreaming up small-group retreats, with Canada and Japan on my mind. Nothing is on the calendar just yet. If a trip like that calls to you, check "upcoming retreats" on the form below and you'll be the first to hear.
